1873 was the year of the great and long-awaited event of the Universal Exhibition in Vienna which signed an epochal breakthrough for the city and saw it as a crossroads of cultures, motifs and universal interests.
A transformation process that consecrated it as a cosmopolitan city and that has crossed the boundaries of time and space between different countries, consolidating and continuing until 2023, the year of the celebration of the 150th anniversary of the Universal Exhibition in Vienna.
Drawing inspiration from historical principles and the themes that embody its organizing spirit, PitturiAmo is pleased to announce the International Art Prize at the Steiner Gallery in Vienna.
The award is aimed at painters, sculptors, photographers, video artists, graphic artists, who want to give visibility to their artworks at the STEINER GALLERY, in the heart of the city of Vienna.

The Gallery Steiner is a modern art gallery situated in the heart of Vienna (Old City).
Located at the noble Kurrentgasse 4 address, within the 1st district, one of the most prominent. Since the 3rd June 2008, the day of its foundation, it has been a meeting point for qualified art collectors and a hub for internationally established modern artists.
After Vienna, PitturiAmo takes you to Madrid
The next event will be in Madrid. Your art can also be exhibited at the Captaloona Gallery in Madrid from 18th September to 17th October. For a long month you will be able to show 2 works in video exhibition in the Spanish capital. The first 50 artists who decide to exhibit in both venues will be included in the special Top Selection Vienna Madrid catalogue, distributed throughout the PitturiAmo Network and to participating italian and foreign galleries.
When registering, ask to be included in Madrid as well. It is a truly unique opportunity!

ATTENTION: LIVE EXHIBITION OF THE ARTWORKS IS LIMITED BY THE SPACE IN THE GALLERY. ONLY THE FIRST 60 ARTISTS ADMITTED WILL BE ABLE TO EXHIBIT LIVE.
Fill out the form below and send the image of one of your artworks, complete with title, technique and size. Our artistic editorial staff will evaluate your work and, if you are deemed suitable, you will be contacted and you will be able to formalize your registration.

Is it compulsory to pay registration fee?
The registration fee must be paid only in case of selection and only if you actually decide to participate in the Prize. No obligation is required following the submission of the application. You will be able to decide, in complete serenity, to participate and therefore pay the registration fee only after being selected.
What is the cost of participation and when will I have to pay?
The cost of joining is set at €160.00 for the 27-day video exhibition only and €260.00 for the live exhibition of an artwork (max. size 80x80cm) for 13 days. The amount can be paid by bank transfer, credit card, PayPal or PostePay. Membership will therefore be confirmed only and exclusively upon receipt membership fee.
Can I pay in installments?
We have not provided this option. However, if you believe that payment in installments is the only possible solution, contact our editorial staff at the email address redazione@pitturiamo.eu,or via WhatsApp, and we will find a solution.
How many artworks can I submit?
The costs indicated are related to the exhibition of an artwork. If you wish to participate with more artworks, you can contact our editorial staff at the email address redazione@pitturiamo.eu, or via WhatsApp
How are prizes awarded?
Winners of the first 3 prizes and the three artworks that will be exhibited in Madrid will be proclaimed subsequently at the Finissage of 19 August 2023. The winners will be contacted privately by the artistic editorial staff of PitturiAmo. All the other participating artists will be informed via email, whatsapp and all PitturiAmo communication channels.
Where the artworks will be exhibited?
In addition to the Steiner Gallery, in the heart of Vienna, wide visibility will be given to all the admitted artworks and to the participating artists on all PitturiAmo diffusion channels. These include all the sites of the PitturiAmo Network (www.pitturiamo.com, www.pitturiamo.eu, www.pitturiamo.it, www.pitturiamo.shop, www.pitturiamo.gallery), the social channels Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, as well as all tools of dissemination such as Newsletters and WhatsApp and Telegram contacts. Overall, the PitturiAmo Network registers about 3500/4000 visitors per day. This means that, overall in the 27 days of the exhibition, around 100,000 people will be able to see your artwork. No other Italian physical gallery can give you this visibility!
Can I withdraw from the Prize even after paying the registration fee?
Remember that, like all purchases made on PitturiAmo, you have 14 days to change your mind and receive back the entire amount paid. Therefore, if, once you have made the payment, you want to go back on your steps and miss the opportunity to participate in such a prestigious prize, you can request to PitturiAmo that you are compensated for the entire amount that you have given.
It is your legal right that you can exercise, within 14 days, by sending a written communication.
Who can see my artworks?
In addition to the 100,000 people who, on average, will visit the entire PitturiAmo Network during the 27 days of the exhibition, your work will be visible on video projection in the gallery in Vienna, in one of the most important districts of the Austrian capital. In case you decide to exhibit live, your artwork will be visible in the gallery. This means that critics, curators, gallerists, collectors and many simple art lovers will be able to admire your work.
Can i exhibit live?
Of course! In addition to the video exhibition, it is also possible to participate with one or more live artworks. Live exhibition in the gallery, however, is limited to a maximum of 60 works. What information should I provide you?
At the time of registration it is very important to provide personal data (name, surname, contact details),the image of the artwork and technical data (title, measurements and technique).
What awards will I receive?
All participants will receive a certificate of achievement. The winners will receive a certificate of winning with motivation from the Jury.
Who pay the shipping cost of the artworks that will be exibited?
The cost of shipping the work to the gallery, round-trip, regards participating artist.
What are the categories in the competition
You can submit your artwork in one of the following categories: painting, sculpture, photography, graphics, digital art.
